Behind the shortlisting process runs a supplier-scoring model we built and use on every live engagement. The model ranks factory candidates on lead-time variance, compliance history, and price-curve fit relative to your category. It does not place orders or replace a QC inspection — a human signs off on every shortlist recommendation. It eliminates the guesswork from the initial identification step.
For ongoing relationships, we track production calendars, flag CNY blackout windows, monitor HTS reclassification risk, and keep your restock timelines accurate.
