AI Solutions Studio
We build the AI tools behind our own commerce operations — and offer them to other operators.
What We Do
BZS runs an in-house AI solutions studio that develops, deploys, sells, and advises on AI tools for commerce operations. Every model in the studio was built because we needed it ourselves. We use them on live client engagements. That is the only way we ship something.
The studio offers three engagement models. First, named software products you can license — built from our own operations and available to any operator in the same space. Second, bespoke builds — a discovery-to-deployment engagement for operators who need a custom AI capability their current toolset does not cover. Third, advisory: a structured engagement to help commerce operators identify where AI will improve their operations, what it will cost, and what it will not do.
We do not sell AI-strategy decks. We build working systems and we tell you plainly what they handle and where a human stays in the loop.
Our Software Products
Product names are placeholders pending Founder confirmation. All products are in active development.
Multi-channel commerce ops software for marketplace sellers and brand operators. BZS Channels handles listing synchronisation, order routing, inventory management, and returns across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and wholesale EDI channels.
The operational pain it solves: marketplace sellers running more than two channels hit a coordination ceiling fast — suppressed listings, missed restock signals, and returns that fall through the gaps between systems.
This is the class of tool that BillBee made well-known for multi-channel operators in Europe. BZS Channels is built for the AI era and for operators on US and international marketplaces.
Logistics and customs operations software for freight forwarders, 3PLs, and operators running cross-border lanes. BZS Lanes handles route modelling, HS code lookups, duty scenario comparison, and customs workflow coordination.
The operational pain it solves: forwarders managing multiple origin countries and tariff regimes spend significant time on duty estimates, HTS lookups, and customs document preparation — work that is largely repeatable and amenable to automation.
AI-augmented import/export operations and supplier intelligence platform for importers, trading companies, and sourcing agents. BZS Source covers supplier scoring, landed-cost simulation, and HTS classification guidance.
The operational pain it solves: sourcing decisions still run on gut feel and reference calls at most SMB operators. BZS Source gives importers a data layer — factory rankings based on actual performance signals, not just price and a WhatsApp relationship.
How We Work With You
Bespoke Builds
For commerce operators who need a system we have not productized. Typical scope: 4–12 week discovery-to-deployment engagement. We define the model, the input data requirements, the boundary conditions, and the success metrics in writing before we build anything.
Advisory
A structured engagement — typically 2–4 weeks — to map your operations, identify where AI improves speed, cost, or accuracy, and produce a prioritized build plan. Priced as a flat engagement, not a retainer.
Built by operators
These products did not come from a lab or a product roadmap. They came from running sourcing operations, coordinating freight lanes, and managing marketplace channels on live client work. Every capability in BZS Channels, BZS Lanes, and BZS Source has been used on a real engagement before it was offered externally. That is not a marketing claim — it is the constraint we hold ourselves to.
Who It's For
- Commerce operators who want to license software tools built by people who run the same operations
- DTC brands or marketplace sellers who need a specific AI capability built for their operation
- Freight forwarders, 3PLs, or logistics operators looking for route, duty, and customs workflow tools
- Companies evaluating AI for commerce operations who want an honest, operator-written assessment — not a vendor roadmap
Our Process
-
Discovery
Map your current operations, identify the highest-value AI intervention, define success criteria.
-
Model specification
Document inputs, outputs, boundary conditions, and human-review requirements before build starts.
-
Build and test
Development, testing against representative data, boundary validation.
-
Deploy and support
Integration into your existing workflow, 30-day post-launch support, documentation.
