Advisory & Consulting
Trade structure, supply chain diagnostics, and AI-commerce strategy — informed by the operations we run every day.
What We Do
Some trade challenges do not fit a standard service package. A company restructuring its supply chain after a tariff shock. An overseas manufacturer evaluating US distribution structure. A trading company preparing for institutional buyers who now ask what AI capabilities are in the back office.
BZS provides operational consulting for these situations. We help clients map their current trade structure, identify risk and inefficiency, and design a more durable model. Increasingly, that includes advising on where AI tools improve commerce operations — and what those tools actually do versus what vendors claim.
Our advisory practice draws on live data from the commerce lanes we run. We are not strategy consultants who read about freight. We are operators who run freight, build AI for freight, and advise from that position.
Consulting engagements are scoped and priced individually. We do not sell retainers for work without a defined scope.
