About BZS
A Wyoming-registered digital commerce company. We run commerce operations and build the AI tools that make them work.
What We Do
BZS is a digital, AI-powered commerce company built for operators moving goods across borders. We run sourcing, freight, customs, and marketplace operations as a coordinated service — and we build the AI tools that make those operations faster, cheaper, and measurable. Both lines are available separately: commerce operations for operators who want execution, AI solutions for operators who want capability.

Who We Are
BZS was built to fill a real gap in how cross-border commerce gets done at the SMB and mid-market level. We go further than pure operations. Enterprise operators have freight-tech platforms, in-house customs teams, and procurement departments running on expensive software. Smaller operators are different. The DTC brand at $3M revenue, the family trading company, the marketplace seller moving into direct import: they have email threads, WhatsApp agents, and no visibility into their own landed cost until the invoice arrives.
We offer a different model. A US-domiciled commerce operator with the depth to run sourcing, logistics, customs, and marketplace execution as a single coordinated service. We also run an AI studio that builds the tools behind those operations. Those tools are available to any operator on a license or commission basis.
We are based in Sheridan, Wyoming. We are reachable by phone. The AI we ship is named and bounded. We tell you what it does and what it does not.
Where Our Software Comes From
The software products BZS sells exist because we built them for our own use first. BZS Channels covers marketplace operations. BZS Lanes covers logistics and customs. BZS Source covers sourcing and import intelligence. We run sourcing operations, freight lanes, and marketplace channels as a commercial practice. Every capability we productize has run on a live engagement before it is offered externally. This is not a coincidence; it is the design. Software written by people who do not run the operation tends to solve the wrong problems. Ours solves the ones we encountered first.
